Bienenschutz Stuttgart e.V.

Our small, locally active association tries to implement campaigns and projects for the protection of hymenoptera (hornets, wasps, wild bees and honey bees) and to raise their profile and popularity. One of our members is the Stuttgarter Sensenschwinger, a group of people who mow orchards to improve biodiversity. We operate the Stuttgart citizens' hotline for advice on wasps and hornets and are local chapters of Mellifera (for humane honey beekeeping) and the Netzwerk Blühende Landschaften (NBL - Network for Flowering Landscapes).
