MOZAIK gGmbH

MOZAIK gGmbH was founded in 2003 as a non-profit organization for intercultural education and counselling services by academics with a history of immigration. MOZAIK is active throughout Germany. The aim of the non-profit organization is to improve the educational and labour market integration of immigrants in particular and to develop intercultural solutions for Germany as a country of immigration. MOZAIK has specialized in eliminating obstacles in connection with the educational, training and labour market integration of people with a history of immigration and has developed innovative solutions and services that have gained nationwide recognition. The development of empowerment approaches, especially for migrant organizations and for the intercultural opening of regular institutions of the labour and training market, is a particular focus of the (vocational) integration work.
