Seniorpartner in School - Landesverband Niedersachsen e. V. is a non-profit, voluntary association in which active senior citizens workas trained school mediatorsat numerous schools (mainly primary schools) in Lower Saxony.
(predominantly elementary school) in Lower Saxony offer conflict management and non-violent conflict resolution for pupils.
The association promotes social integration, mutual understanding and the personal development of pupils in everyday school life through intergenerational commitment.
