We are looking for volunteers for moderation, community & scenario design. Remote, flexible, with onboarding & buddy system.

Objectives
Our aim is to make dialog skills widely accessible as a future skill: Users should learn to listen actively, change perspectives and argue respectfully - even on controversial topics. In this way, we strengthen democratic resilience, reduce polarization and create safe spaces for constructive debates in education, civil society and, in the long term, in the workplace.
