About us: The ZENTRUM FÜR ARBEITS- UND UMWELTMEDIZIN e. V. (ZAUM) in Berlin-Lichtenberg is no ordinary medical center. We are a non-profit association that is passionately committed to helping people stay healthy at their workplace. From preventive care and occupational safety to travel medicine (yellow fever vaccination center) - we cover the entire spectrum.
Your role with us: Would you like to gain a real insight into the healthcare sector and help people directly? As a volunteer or FSJ volunteer, you will be the right hand of our interdisciplinary team (doctors, engineers, psychologists).
What you do:

Patient accompaniment: you are the first friendly face on admission and assist in the preparation of examinations.

Medical assistance: Learn how to perform simple functional tests (e.g. eye tests, blood pressure measurements) under supervision.

Organizational talent: You will help us to keep the day-to-day running of the practice and documentation under control.

Experience prevention: You will learn first-hand how occupational safety and environmental medicine improve the everyday lives of thousands of employees in Berlin.
