LIFE is a non-profit organization committed to education, environmental and climate protection and equal opportunities. We develop model projects, campaigns and educational programs that promote gender equality, non-discrimination and sustainability. The aim is to support a fair and sustainable society and to empower people to actively shape their professional and personal paths. For our DUO mentoring programme, we are now looking for volunteer mentors to support trainees as part of a tandem. And we are looking for trainees who are looking for individual and trusting support in tandem to stabilize their professional situation.

DUO is aimed at young women and other underrepresented genders in skilled trades, industrial-technical and future-oriented professions, especially in areas that are crucial for the energy transformation and environmental and climate protection. In these male-dominated fields, the participants face additional challenges. The program aims to strengthen skilled workers and create equal opportunities.
