We at Social-Bee have made it our business to help refugees enter the job market. We see ourselves as an integration service provider and enable companies to employ refugees without bureaucratic effort by means of social employee leasing. At the same time, we offer newcomers job-related training, language courses and support. Our aim is to place them in a permanent position after one and a half years at the latest.
