Our FAMILY HOUSE is a temporary home for families of seriously ill children who are receiving treatment in all departments of the University Hospital of Bonn. Here, families find a place of respite in a peaceful atmosphere, with compassionate care and additional support services—all in close proximity to their seriously ill child.
The FAMILY HOUSE features 42 rooms, spacious common areas, a kitchen for parents, creative and activity rooms, and a large garden. It’s a place to take a deep breath and recharge. After all, caring for a sick child always places a heavy physical and emotional burden on family members.
