We help refugees in Berlin to find the right job, apprenticeship or university place - with a mix of coaching, careers advice and targeted placement. Our usually longer-term support (up to 1 year) also includes help with the recognition of certificates and personal support at universities, educational institutions and relevant offices.

As career entry and integration work particularly well when people meet, we specifically acquire jobs, internships and work shadowing in the store next door, at the craft business or in the café around the corner.
