Plant a Talent gGmbH

We are a Munich based nonprofit with the mission to empower young adult asylum seekers, aged 18 to 35 years, with employment. We view employment as a key driver to integration in Germany since it provides refugees with a path to become self-sufficient and to be a participant and contributor in the community. Plant-a-Talent supports refugees and immigrants during their integration journey with cross-cultural workshops, mentoring programs and job skill training.
