Evangelische Kornelius Kirchengemeinde
The Korneliusgemeinde is a protestant parish, located in the district of Berlin-Mitte, Wedding. We live in the community of parishes with the parish of Berlin north-east and the entire regional church Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz.
We celebrate lovingly designed and theologically reflected services and all people are invited. Our church work focuses on working with people in the second half of life. Older and old people find in our community security. In different groups, circles, in open offers, in the senior choir and in pastoral care, they receive acceptance, respect and recognition. Since 2018, offers for people between the ages of 40-60 are increasingly offered. In particular, cultural and exercise offers such as the "Blue Salon" with readings, talks and films, the Kornelius book table - a free distribution of books - and dance tea afternoons with salsa music and salsa dance courses.
