Objectives

The aim of La Red is to support migrants in Berlin on their arrival in Germany and in their professional and social integration. La Red was founded because there had been no migrant(self-)organisations for the new migrants who had come to Berlin and Germany since the outbreak of the euro crisis. Since then we have been supporting - mostly very young - immigrants with offers in education and counselling. La Red's activities and projects cover many areas of society that are relevant to the integration of new immigrants, in particular civil society involvement, work, environmental protection, culture and media.
