We offer a consulting service for minimalist and innovative forms of living for private clients.

We currently finance ourselves through our own resources. We are also applying for a start-up grant.

We are convinced that there are alternatives to traditional housing concepts and that we urgently need a change in the housing market. Currently, we are short of more than 1.1 million apartments in Germany. If you decide to build your own home today, you will pay off your property for an average of 26 years. With LIVEE, we would like to support affordable housing for young families.

Our life today poses completely new challenges to us also in the field of building. We move more often due to a change of job. At the same time building is becoming more and more expensive. Less than half of all Germans can only afford a home of their own. Without a home of their own, many people do not have a pension security. With LIVEE, we would like to work for affordable and flexible living space that makes life easier and freer for people.
