About mingle
Target group(s)
Locals and new arrivals take part in MINGLING Experiences together. These are workshops in small groups (10 people) in which the commonalities of all people and cultures are the focus of attention and can be experienced through interactive exercises and the sharing of stories and games in an intensive exchange.
The mentoring phase then begins and mentees and mentors who wish to continue to be active in MINGLE are sought. A mentor supports a mentee individually and over several weeks to achieve more active participation in the arrival society - this can be private activities or support on the way to employment.
