We are a group of people with very different social, national, religious and political backgrounds. Together we have all had different experiences with conflicts, war, migration, discrimination, prejudice and integration, and above all the challenges of living in a diverse and changing society. We try to use these diverse experiences, our political views, our different theoretical and technical skills to create a common and harmonious future.

In this respect integration is not a one-way street: it works best when it is based on mutual respectful communication and getting to know each other. Therefore, we focus on the human being in order to redefine integration through education
