The self-help centre Groß-Gerau supports self-help groups and people interested in self-help in the whole district. We advise and network self-help groups, make their work known to the public and help to establish new groups.

Self-help groups bring together people who have similar problems or diseases. They share experiences and listen to each other so that no one has to be left alone with their problems.
