Zentrum ÜBERLEBEN
In the Zentrum ÜBERLEBEN (Survival Centre) survivors of violence and escape as well as people with different migration stories find medical, psychotherapeutic, social work as well as integrative support. In addition to rehabilitation and integration, scientific support and documentation contribute to the general gain of knowledge in the field of trauma and therapy as well as to the development of scientific standards.

Target group(s)
The ÜBERLEBEN Center serves survivors of violence and displacement, as well as people with diverse migration experiences. Approximately 1,500 people receive support each year.

The NGO is funded by federal, state, and EU funds; grants from foundations and associations; donations; and fees for medical and therapeutic services. More detailed information can be found in the annual report.
Objectives
Our vision is a world in which the human dignity and human rights of every individual are upheld, regardless of their ethnic origin, religion, social status, political beliefs, or gender. Our goal is to prevent violence and mitigate its consequences.
