About the volunteering opportunity
People from different countries live in shared accommodation for asylum seekers and refugees. Among them are many families with children who are very happy to receive support. The accommodation is located in Messestadt München. You will be accompanied by Diakonie specialists during an introductory meeting and during your involvement in the accommodation.
Your Tasks
We are currently looking for:
- Support for homework supervision on Friday afternoons (from 4 p.m.) - preferably from the start of the new school year 2025/2026
- Support for individual school children (from elementary school to secondary school graduation) - late afternoon
- Support with learning German for adult refugees - time by arrangement
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
