About the volunteering opportunity
BHZ Roßdorf Soziale Dienste gGmbH stands for diversity and commitment in the social and healthcare sector. At our location in Roßdorf, there is a facility advisory board that represents the concerns of the residents of our communal living and currently consists of three people with disabilities. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support for the organization and participation in meetings and elections on a voluntary basis.
Your Tasks
Your tasks:
- Supporting the facility advisory board in the planning and implementation of meetings and events
- Documentation of meetings and preparation of minutes
- Communication with the various groups within the facility
- Time commitment approx. 6 hours/month
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
What you need:
- No fear of contact with people with disabilities
- Good organizational skills
- Reliable and communicative
- Sure handling of MS Office
