About the volunteering opportunity
Caritas Ludwigsburg-Waiblingen-Enz is looking for language and cultural mediators for its pool of interpreters. Get in touch if you:
- Speak German and another language
- are open to different cultures
- Are interested in medical and social issues
- would like to qualify for a voluntary position and help others
Your Tasks
Interpretation for refugees and migrants during
- counseling appointments
- Medical appointments
- Government offices
- in schools and preschools.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Speak German and another language
- open to different cultures
- Interest in medical and social issues
Time required
Once
- Assignments based on individual arrangements
- Alsopossible on a small scale, e.g., every 2 months for 3 hours
- Expense reimbursement

- Free further training and qualification (with certificates)
- Reimbursement for your work (€10 / hour + travel expenses)
- Regular professional exchange and support in your volunteer work
