What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
The aim is to show the public the quality and the work on the ground in the locations realistically and emotionally, but not exaggerated. We stand for the fact that children in need are not automatically associated with hungry bellies or poverty with tears. We want to show that other people's lives can also be happy and worth living under different conditions. Our aim as an association is to convey this and provide neighborly help at eye level. If you support this and would like to show it with your videos, then you've come to the right place.

Would you like to play an active role and get involved creatively? Do you have basic knowledge of creating video content and would like to use your creativity in an individual way?
Then you will be a great asset to our team.

Time required

Regularly
Discussed individually
You can organize your time flexibly, as we work completely remotely. Initially, an individual team meeting will take place 1-2 times a month in your team or with your mentor. More often if required, of course. As your work will be project-related, there will be peak times that will involve you more or less depending on your own motivation. We estimate about 2-2.5 hours of work per week.

Important notice

As a German association for cooperation projects in East Africa, we are committed to promoting education, health and social development in the region, as well as strengthening and promoting the local Christian faith. The school sponsorship projects are particularly important to give disadvantaged children the chance of a good education. As an association, it is particularly important to us that 100% of all donations reach the child. We also attach great importance to public transparency. This is why we need you as a video creator. A diverse range of tasks awaits you.

We cordially invite everyone to actively support us, regardless of gender or beliefs.

Where?

This project is location independent.
