Do you like art and can you organize in a structured way?

We are a group of volunteers: the oskar | galerie group, who come together regularly to curate exhibitions in Berlin-Lichtenberg. This includes the selection of artists and pictures, the preparation and realization of vernissages and finissages. We exhibit in the rooms of the district's volunteer agency and work in close coordination with the main office.

We would be happy to have reinforcements from people who are well organized. People who can moderate a meeting or take minutes, who can help with public relations (flyers and press distribution lists) and who can also lend a hand when it comes to putting the pictures on the wall.

We are happy to welcome people who speak German. If you already have experience with databases and Canva, that would be an advantage, otherwise we will show you how to do it.

We organize about 5-6 exhibitions a year.

We are a diverse group of young and old who are committed to the art scene in Lichtenberg. We work, are freelancers or are already retired. You can look forward to many different perspectives and backgrounds :)
