About the volunteering opportunity
CommunicAid offers low-threshold German language courses for people with a background in refugee or migration. One of these courses is an A2 language course, which is taught by a team of volunteers. The course is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Your Tasks
- Planning and implementation of a German course at A2 level
- Supporting course participants in learning the German language
- Individual support and promotion of the participants' language skills
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1)
- Enjoy teaching and working with people from different cultures
- Patience, empathy and strong communication skills
