About the volunteering opportunity
Are you passionate about bringing people together and fostering connections? Join us as a Community Event Organizer!
The goal of our community events is to bring together the foreigners participants of Das Hallo Projekt and provide a fun and informal environment where they can get to know each other, exchange tips about life in Germany, and build friendships. You’ll have the flexibility to organize enjoyable activities such as karaoke nights, dinners followed by bar visits, picnics, or outings to beer gardens—activities that you enjoy and that encourage social interaction.
Your Tasks
- Plan and organize 1-2 events per month for immigrants.
- Create opportunities for participants to connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere at all events.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
Time required

On weekdays, on weekends, during the day
Time Commitment:
- Organize 1-2 events per month.
- Approx. 6-10 hours per month.
