We are looking for:
Volunteer grief counselors for the online counseling service of Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V.
The project:
Via. Rethinking grief. is an innovative Malteser digital project - an extension of the analog hospice, palliative and grief work. In the online grief counseling service, people can obtain information and advice on topics such as grief and loss.

Online (therefore independent of location)

Your Tasks
As a volunteer, you will support people in their grieving process. Counseling is written-based and asynchronous. You work flexibly in terms of time and location.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Prerequisites:
- Basic course / basic mourning qualification 80UE (or willingness to complete this)
- Affinity for writing
- Empathy
- Language/formulation skills
- Computer and internet skills
- Internet-capable end device with virus protection
- Quiet, protected working environment

Time required:
approx. 1-5 hours per week
