About the volunteering opportunity
With around 400 full-time employees and 700 volunteers, the DRK district association fulfills the tasks of the Red Cross in Leipzig. Humanity is always at the forefront of our work. And everyone can be part of it, everyone can join in - full-time and on a voluntary basis. Very special situations are dealt with here every day, always with the aim of not only alleviating human suffering, but also preventing it.
Your Tasks
In the school first aid service, you teach the basics of first aid:
- Volunteering as a group leader in the school first aid service
- Implementation of the school paramedic service working group with a group of 10-15 students from elementary school to secondary school
- Encourage pupils' interest in first aid

What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
- Positive and friendly charisma
- Interest and possibly experience in working with children
- First aid knowledge (accordingly training is also possible)
