About the volunteering opportunity
There is a handicraft group in the Anker Dependance Musenbergstraße in Johanneskirchen. We meet twice a week to knit and crochet. Everyone is welcome.
Your Tasks
The volunteers can knit or crochet - if they want - and talk to the residents.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
It would be great if you can speak English, French, Arabic or Turkish. :)
Time required
The handicraft group meets every Monday and Thursday from 2 to 4 pm.
Important notice
It would be great if you are interested in the topic of refugees and are open to refugees from different countries. It would also be an advantage if you can knit or crochet :)
Where?
Diakonie München und Oberbayern - Innere Mission München e.V.

"Die Innere Mission" helps people with a migration background. Whether as first aid for refugees and asylum seekers or through useful offers for migrants already living in Munich with permanent residence. The employees of our social and migration services often know the challenges from their own experience. They know where to start in order to begin a new life in a foreign country.
