An invitation to tender from LIBEZEM (Lichtenberger Beratungs- und Begegnungszentrum):

The LIBEZEM - Lichtenberger Beratungs- und Begegnungszentrum - is a citizens' meeting center with a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. The LIBEZEM neighborhood center has been a meeting place since 1991, especially for the citizens of Friedrichsfelde-Nord, but also for interested people from other parts of the city. Everyone is welcome at LIBEZEM! The facility offers many cultural, sporting, creative and informative activities. The südost Europa Kultur e.V. team also works with LIBEZEM to organize neighbourhood parties for local residents on public holidays and special occasions. LIBEZEM also offers social counseling in German, Romanian and Bulgarian.

Would you like to plan and accompany excursions for senior citizens? From May to October, we are looking for volunteers to help organize our tours once a month. Together we go to lakes, parks or places of interest in the Berlin city area.

You will be responsible for preparing the route and bring along some information about the destination. We usually start at 10 a.m. at the Libezem advice and meeting center in Lichtenberg, near the Friedrichsfelde Ost S-Bahn station. We combine public transport and relaxed walks - with enough breaks for a coffee together.
