About the volunteering opportunity
Do you have fresh ideas and want to use your organizational talent and creativity to help Leipzig helps Ukraine e.V. become even more visible? Then you've come to the right place! In marketing, you will work with us to design strategies and campaigns to attract new supporters, members and sponsors. You will help to communicate our offers and values to the outside world in a targeted and appealing way - both online and offline. You can contribute your own ideas, organize tasks and thus actively contribute to the growth and success of our association.
Your Tasks
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Planning and organizing campaigns to attract members and sponsors
- Coordinating marketing measures in collaboration with other areas of the association
- Maintaining and optimizing the online presence, e.g. website and social media
- Creating advertising materials and content (texts, graphics, videos)
- Analysis of target groups and market conditions for a targeted approach
- Support with events and public relations work
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Creativity and enjoyment of strategic and operational marketing work
- Organizational talent and enjoy planning and implementing projects
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and social media is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative and an independent way of working
- Interest in social issues and commitment to refugees

You should expect to spend around 5 to 15 hours a month on this voluntary work. The timing is flexible and you can do many tasks from home. This makes it easy to combine volunteering with your everyday life.

Leipzig helps Ukraine e.V. is part of an active network for migration and integration assistance in Leipzig and works closely with municipal agencies, associations and private individuals to offer quick and uncomplicated support to Ukrainian refugees. The aim is to promote a self-determined life as well as social participation and cohesion through low-threshold services such as advice and community projects.
