About the volunteering opportunity
The Institute for Art and Innovation (IFAI) is an internationally active think & do tank that has been implementing transdisciplinary projects at the interface of art, sustainability and system innovation since 2016. We organize workshops, labs, exhibitions and events with partners worldwide - and are looking for reliable support in project management and curatorial coordination.

Your Tasks
- Project coordination and curatorial assistance (workshops, labs, exhibitions, EU projects)
- Scheduling, documentation, tools (Slack, Miro, Trello, GDrive)
- Communication with partners, artists and team
- Preparation of presentations and events
- Support with funding applications or reporting (optional)
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
- Organizational talent & structured way of working
- Experience in project or event management
- Interest in art, sustainability and transdisciplinary processes
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g. GDrive, Miro, Slack, preferably also Trello, Excel, Word, AI tools, PowerPoint, Canva)
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and communication skills
- Enjoy co-creation and agile processes with international partners
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 6 hours per month.
On weekdays, during the day, at night
The time required is approx. 10-20 hours per month, flexible depending on the project phase and interest.
Important notice
You will work closely with the management and gain in-depth insight into international transformation projects. We are looking for people who can think, help shape and sometimes improvise.
