About the volunteering opportunity

The Institute for Art and Innovation (IFAI) is a transdisciplinary NGO based in Berlin. We have been developing and coordinating EU-funded projects (e.g. Erasmus+, Creative Europe, Horizon Europe, DUT) dealing with social change, education, futurology, art and sustainability for many years.

For our current projects we are looking for a structured, reliable support in administrative implementation, partner communication and reporting organization. You will work closely with the management and support us in implementing transformative projects in a socially effective and transparent way.

Your Tasks

  • Maintenance and structuring of projects (Google Drive, Slack, Trello)
  • Support with research and evaluation
  • Preparation of calls & meetings (invitations, agenda, follow-up)
  • Communication with European project partners
  • Project-related research (funding conditions, deadlines, etc.)
  • (Optional) Assistance with the application for new projects

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
  • Structured, conscientious way of working
  • Enjoy project work & European cooperation
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / GDrive / Trello / Slack / Miro (or interest in learning it)
  • Interest in art, sustainability and educational projects are an advantage

Time required

Regularly
Approx. 6 hours per month.
On weekdays, during the day
The time required is approx. 6-10 hours per month, flexible depending on the project phase and interest.
