About the volunteering opportunity
An 88-year-old senior citizen from Berlin would like company for walks in the neighborhood and nice conversations. She lives alone, uses a walking frame and has mild dementia. Help make her everyday life more enjoyable and give her a zest for life.
Your Tasks
- Accompany the senior on walks through the neighborhood
- Have pleasant conversations
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with older people
- Reliability and a willingness to get involved on a regular basis
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
