About the volunteering opportunity
About the Volunteering Opportunity
Wellbeing for Everyone is a Berlin-based non-profit that brings people together through creativity, wellbeing, and connection. We offer workshops in journaling, yoga, dance, crafting, and more. But we believe the community feeling shouldn’t end when the session does!
We’re looking for a WhatsApp Community Volunteer to help make our workshop WhatsApp groups feel like warm, welcoming online spaces — places where conversation flows, people feel seen, and the community keeps growing between sessions.
You’ll be the gentle heartbeat of these groups: posting friendly messages, sharing thoughtful content, and sparking conversations. It's a small weekly role with real, heart-led impact.
Your Tasks
As our WhatsApp Community Volunteer, you will:
-
Post Friendly, Thoughtful Messages: Short texts, voice notes, quotes, reflections, or small questions to keep the energy alive.
-
Spark Light Conversation: Cheer people on, ask simple open-ended questions, and celebrate their small wins.
-
Share Relevant Content: Find tips, links, or resources related to our workshops (e.g., journaling prompts, music for movement, articles on wellbeing).
-
Be Creative & Independent: You’ll find content ideas on your own using tools like ChatGPT or trusted websites — we’ll support you with examples to start.
- Spot Community Needs: Notice common questions, repeating themes, or what people respond to most.
If you want to volunteer with us, you need to fill out this form as next step. Please apply only with this link:

Is proactive and self-motivated – you're comfortable coming up with content and ideas on your own.
-
Feels confident using tools like ChatGPT or trusted websites to find and adapt helpful, light content.
-
Cares about wellbeing, creativity, and community-building – and wants to help others feel part of something meaningful.
You don’t need professional experience — just a warm personality, creativity, and genuine care for people and connection.

-
Your Impact: You’ll help grow real connection between people beyond the workshop space.
-
Free Access to Workshops: Join our creative and wellbeing sessions as part of the team.
-
Experience: Gain insight into community building, digital communication, and gentle leadership.

Support & Freedom: We’ll support you when needed, but give you full freedom to shape your voice and approach.
-
Volunteer Certificate: After your commitment, receive a certificate for visa applications or professional use.
-
Extra Perks: After 6 months, you may qualify for a Berlin Volunteer Card offering discounts at cultural venues.

Welcome to For Everyone
For Everyone is a Berlin-based non-profit that creates safe, creative, and welcoming spaces where people from all walks of life — especially internationals and newcomers — can connect and feel at home.
For Everyone is a Berlin-based non-profit that creates safe, creative, and welcoming spaces where people from all walks of life — especially internationals and newcomers — can connect and feel at home.
Through art, music, and movement, we foster real human connection, belonging, and emotional wellbeing. Our community café, No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, hosts weekly workshops and small events for adults (mostly 18–40+). Each session blends creativity with care: it’s not about performance, but about what happens between people while they’re creating together.
Our wider vision is a diverse and resilient Berlin — a city where everyone feels at home and can take part in community life. To make that possible, we’re building the social infrastructure for belonging: connecting spaces, people, and volunteers across the city.
We believe in joy, inclusion, and authenticity — and thanks to our solidarity-based ticketing system, everyone can join, no matter their financial background.
If you care about making others feel welcome, believe in the power of creativity, and want to help people feel a little more at home in Berlin — you’re in the right place. 💛
