From exploration to planning:
In an initial meeting, you find out the child's wish together. During the planning stage, you and your team consider how you can make the individual wish journey come true.
Then you start the anticipation phase before the day of wish granting.

From the anticipation to the effect:
You create anticipation through various activities and small surprises. On the wish day, you take care of everything so that the whole family can enjoy the special moments and remember them for a long time to come, giving them hope.

Flexibility and team spirit, empathy and enjoyment in dealing with children and young people, strong personality and organizational skills, different languages (especially Turkish and Arabic) are also welcome

The time commitment depends entirely on the individual wishes of the children and young people.

The support takes place remotely or, in the case of regional proximity, also in person during the introductory meetings or wish granting. The schedule is flexible. If a wish has been accepted by the volunteer, a 100% commitment and clear, prompt communication with us and the team members is required.
