About the volunteering opportunity
Volunteer work can be exhausting, especially when everyone brings their own (flight) background with them. The success of WürdeWerkstatt e. V. depends on a great idea of hope and many strong personalities, many of whom have made their personal story the reason and resource for their voluntary work. This can be a great source of strength, but it can also be grueling from time to time. For this reason, we are looking for someone who can mirror, coach, supervise and motivate us as a team in dealing with difficult situations. It would possibly be an advantage if you have a psychological/psychotherapeutic background, have already worked as a coach or in a comparable field of work, but this is not a must. We look forward to getting to know you!

Coaching, supervision, reflection both in individual coaching and in groups

For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.

WürdeWerkstatt e. V. is an association of private thinkers and fellow campaigners as well as joint cooperation partners. We campaign against all forms of violence, especially emotional violence, and work to protect and raise awareness of dignity, especially in everyday interactions. We see communication as a yardstick for the prevention of violence and the protection of dignity. For this reason, we organize various workshops, projects, campaigns and meeting spaces on this topic. Our principle: "Human dignity is inviolable. Always."
