About the volunteering opportunity
The free medical consultation for thehomeless (KosMOS) offers low-threshold medical care for people in difficult housing and living situations. Our open consultation hours take place weekly and are run by a dedicated team of volunteer doctors and on-site supervisors.
Your Tasks
Two on-site supervisors (VOBs) are always present during consultation hours. One person sits outside the consultation room and takes care of patient registration and the waiting room. The second person is in the consultation room and assists the doctor. In addition, there are some preparatory and follow-up tasks that are carried out by the VOBs before and after the actual consultation.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Previous medical knowledge is not necessary! The important thing is that you want to work in a team and represent the philosophy of our project!

The consultation hour always takes place on Tuesdays from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. However, the VOBs always arrive at 11 am to do the preparatory work.

Our organization team needs help with the organization of everything that takes place in the background of the weekly consultation hours.
