Young senior citizen enjoys cooking and learning German together (ID: 328593)

The accompanying project AGNES is a mentoring program that brings mentors and mentees together and facilitates regular one-to-one encounters. AGNES aims to bring people of different ages together and create an atmosphere of learning, respect and dialog in order to strengthen neighbourly engagement. AGNES also aims to alleviate loneliness among those affected and at the same time raise public awareness of the taboo subject of "loneliness".

I have been living in Germany for three years and would like to get to know more people from my neighborhood. In my home country I was a math teacher for many years, and I also speak English very well! I would like a reliable person with a sense of humor. My hobbies include thrillers, dancing, traveling and sewing. I would like to cook, go for walks and improve my German with you.
