Digital consultation hour (basics) for older Ukrainians

About the volunteering opportunity
How do I write an email? How do I access the job center's website and how can I navigate through the site? Many older Ukrainians live in a refugee shelter right next to Munich's main station. Although they have a cell phone, they have no experience in using digital media.
Your Tasks
You come to the accommodation (formerly Regent Hotel) once a week and offer the residents your support as a digital coach in a digital consultation hour for about 1 hour. It really is about the simplest questions and applications.
