About the volunteering opportunity
The association makes it possible for a free hot meal to be served to people in need on Sundays and for food to be distributed. Volunteers organize the food on Fridays and collect the donations from individual food retailers in our vehicles on Saturdays. From Sunday morning onwards, vegetables are chopped and cooked so that people of all ages can receive their hot meal promptly from 12 noon without having to provide proof of need.
Your Tasks
Management of our volunteer membership file, birthday file, e-mail/telephone file, general office tasks relating to the association's work
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word, ability to work independently after individual training, organizational and coordination skills, reliability
