We are looking for travel-loving unicorns! Join us in organizing an unforgettable vacation camp for children and young people with and without disabilities

Einhorn on Tour organizes camps for children and young people with and without disabilities, as well as families in challenging social situations. We travel to various accommodations in Germany, currently mainly in the Berlin area. Our destinations are handicapped accessible and are located in quiet areas surrounded by nature. We attach great importance to offering our travel participants a wide range of leisure activities, shared experiences and adventures.

Our trips are accompanied by volunteers who put their heart and soul into ensuring that the participants have an unforgettable vacation experience. You will be part of a dedicated team and use your interests and skills to help make a wide range of leisure activities possible.

Excursions, sports and games, creative activities and relaxation - and of course lots of fun - are all part of the program!
Our trips are based on vacation periods and last between 3 and 14 days. Before the trip, there will be an induction and you will get to know your team and the participants.

You don't necessarily need experience in working with people with disabilities to go on a trip with us. If you enjoy working with children and young people, like to get things moving in a team, are reliable and have a good command of German (B2 or higher), you can join us.

Desirable: Initial experience in looking after/accompanying individuals and/or groups, interest in movement and activities in nature, creative activities and playful educational work, openness and a sense of humor.

We require an entry-free extended certificate of good conduct from all travel companions in advance, which you can apply for free of charge with a letter from us. In addition, your last first aid course should not have been more than 2 years ago.

To become a unicorn, you will receive a competent induction from us in advance (also digitally).
Before the start of each trip, binding meetings are held with the team and, if applicable, the trip participants.

When you are on board with us, we offer with "Einhorn educates!" free participation in various training courses on our premises. At "Einhorn connects!" you have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with other volunteers on a regular basis.

You get the chance to take on responsibility, contribute your own ideas and work together with a motivated team to get something really meaningful off the ground. The trips should not only be fun for the children, young people and families - they should also be an unforgettable, positive experience for you as a volunteer trip leader.

We will issue you with a trainer agreement for your commitment.
