About the volunteering opportunity

Over 70 school-age children live in our shared accommodation for particularly vulnerable refugees in Berlin-Reinickendorf. Some of them have single parents or seriously ill parents who are unable to help them with their schoolwork. That is why we are always on the lookout for kind people who can help these children with their homework.

Your Tasks

The homework help should take place in the accommodation in Reinickendorf. Both some primary school children and our secondary school children are very happy to receive support. You should have at least 2 hours per week for this commitment.

Experience in the educational field is certainly an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
A little experience with children or with tutoring is always an advantage, but not a prerequisite

Time required
