📣 About the volunteering opportunity

For Everyone
is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin. We create creative, low-threshold spaces where people can meet, connect, and feel they belong – especially international newcomers, Berliners without stable networks, and people in life transitions.

Our community café, No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, hosts 6–8 small workshops and events every week – from knitting circles to DJ nights and film screenings. During these evenings, we serve drinks and create a cosy atmosphere that helps people feel welcome and connected.

We’re looking for a Volunteer Bar & Event Supporter – someone who enjoys being around people, can pour a good drink, and loves helping to make our gatherings warm, inclusive, and relaxed.

For Everyone (Wellbeing for Everyone gUG)

Welcome to For Everyone

For Everyone
is a Berlin-based non-profit that creates safe, creative, and welcoming spaces where people from all walks of life — especially internationals and newcomers — can connect and feel at home.

Through art, music, and movement, we foster real human connection, belonging, and emotional wellbeing. Our community café, No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, hosts weekly workshops and small events for adults (mostly 18–40+). Each session blends creativity with care: it’s not about performance, but about what happens between people while they’re creating together.

Our wider vision is a diverse and resilient Berlin — a city where everyone feels at home and can take part in community life. To make that possible, we’re building the social infrastructure for belonging: connecting spaces, people, and volunteers across the city.

We believe in joy, inclusion, and authenticity — and thanks to our solidarity-based ticketing system, everyone can join, no matter their financial background.

If you care about making others feel welcome, believe in the power of creativity, and want to help people feel a little more at home in Berlin — you’re in the right place. 💛
