About the volunteering opportunity
The KARUNA social cooperative is a project laboratory. We seek and test solutions for a sustainable and fair future. We do this with the most diverse groups possible. People who have experienced exclusion are particularly important to us. Together, we are pioneers on the path to a future of solidarity.
From January 2026, we are looking for a volunteer to help us maintain, develop and occasionally solve problems with our karuna.family website. If you enjoy web technology - and ideally also have an eye for design - we would be delighted to have your support!
Your Tasks
Technical
- Fixing errors
- Updates and adjustments in the CMS (WordPress)
- Advice on technical questions regarding website structure and functionality
Design
- Revision of layouts or individual pages
- Graphic adaptations
- Support in the further development of the visual appearance
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- Knowledge of web management (e.g. CMS experience, basic understanding of HTML/CSS)
- Reliability and desire to get involved
- Experience or motivation in the field of UI/UX design or graphic design

- Approx. 2-5 hours per month, flexible schedule
- More is possible if you want to get more involved in design
