About the volunteering opportunity
Although we have a website and social media accounts for our internet presence, we lack the time and know-how to keep the pages up to date. Our website is here: www.kiezwald.de
Your Tasks
We are therefore looking for support for our website in particular, firstly to bring it up to date and to present our latest activities; and then perhaps even to add a few functions that we have had in mind for some time.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
Knowledge of website design, ideally with Wordpress.
Time required
Project-based
A few hours are enough. However, we are also very happy if you are interested in longer-term support.
Location
This project is location independent.
Kiezwald e. V.
Small forests the size of a tennis court enable a rich biodiversity, with the potential to accommodate over 500 animal and plant species within the first three years. The joint planning, planting, maintenance and observation allows us neighborhood residents to grow together. Kiezwald e. V. offers environmental education formats and workshops and helps citizens to organize the maintenance and design of urban greenery in their neighbourhood themselves.
