Podcast editorial team - Support our daily audio formats

We are building a non-profit podcast editorial team that produces daily and weekly journalistic audio formats. From breaking news to interviews and analysis - together we develop high-quality content that is understandable, independent and accessible to all. Volunteers are involved in the entire production process: from research and script development to final editing.

In this project, you will become part of our podcast editorial team and help us to produce high-quality, independent audio formats on a daily basis. We are developing several journalistic series: cozmo daily provides a compact news overview, cozmo deep is dedicated to a key topic each week and cozmo voices features conversations and interviews with exciting personalities. As a volunteer, you play an active role in shaping the content: You monitor current developments, research topics, structure information and prepare content in such a way that it results in clear and easy-to-talk-about scripts. You will write short news reports, explanatory pieces or background segments and help prepare discussion guides for interviews.

If you like, you can also assist with editing, formulate show notes, prepare episodes for our platforms and accompany the publications. We work with modern production processes - so you will gain in-depth insights into contemporary audio work. You don't need any previous experience: you will be introduced to all processes step by step. The decisive factors are your interest in current topics, your enjoyment of writing or researching and your reliability. Your collaboration will contribute directly to the production of high-quality podcasts that inform, classify and provide orientation.
