About the volunteering opportunity
Many refugees from Ukraine do not speak German and need help filling out applications and forms on paper or online. The accommodation where the Ukrainians live is located right next to Munich Central Station, so it is very easy to reach by public transport.
Your Tasks
In consultation with the social services in the accommodation, you fill out applications for and with the Ukrainian residents.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You need Ukrainian/Russian and German language skills and should enjoy processing forms from the authorities. Patience, intercultural skills and tolerance are also important.
Time required
Regularly
Discussed individually
On weekdays, during the day
If you can come regularly once a week for two hours, that's ideal.
Important notice
Before you can start your commitment, we need an extended police clearance certificate and proof that you have been vaccinated against measles. You will receive the documents and links for the applications from us, then everything will go very quickly.
