Since January 2018,BENN Hohenschönhausen Nord has been the BENN location of SozDia, one of a total of 16 Berlin locations of the Senate program BENN - Berlin Develops New Neighborhoods. We want to inform, advise, network, make and implement plans and work with you to create a colorful, vibrant neighborhood. Everything is possible, from jointo neighborhood-beautification activities (e.g. cleaning up playgrounds) to regular offers (e.g. language café) and creative future workshops(e.g. neighbors develop ideas for their neighborhood in 2030 ).

Do you enjoy spending time with children, have experience with childcare and are reliable? Then become part of our open meeting formats such as the language café and the cooking evening. Your task will be to accompany a small group of children during the events, keep them occupied and create a pleasant, trusting atmosphere.

You will work in tandem with another volunteer so that tasks and responsibilities can be shared. Educational experience, enjoyment of working with children and openness to people from different cultures are an advantage.

The amount of time required depends on the dates and can be arranged flexibly. We look forward to your support and to creating a positive experience for the children together with you!
