About the volunteering opportunity
We send important prevention and information materials to families, daycare centers, schools, fire departments and specialist agencies throughout Germany. Every brochure and every information package helps to protect children from burns and scalding accidents or to support families after an accident.
We are looking for volunteer support for this important part of our work so that our materials reliably reach where they are needed - and our daily work for children with burn injuries and their families remains possible.
Your Tasks
- Compiling, packing and sending out information and prevention materials
- Preparing mailings for events and campaign days
- Support with small heart projects (e.g. birthday cards for children with burn injuries)
- Helping to keep the dispatch area tidy and organized
The work takes place in a quiet atmosphere at our location in Norderstedt and is carried out in close coordination with an experienced colleague.

For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
No special previous knowledge is required. What is important is reliability, careful work and a willingness to lend a hand. Training is provided on site by our team.
