A volunteering opportunity from AWO Landesverband Berlin e.V.
Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) is one of the six legally recognized umbrella organizations of independent welfare work in Germany. We are a member association, committed to social policy and are supported by the dedication of our full-time employees and volunteers. The AWO Landesverband Berlin e.V. is primarily active in migration counseling and in the field of guardianship and assistance. In addition, as a central association, it represents the interests of our six district associations and around 70 corporate members and is thus committed to a more social Berlin.

Your Tasks
Would you like to spend a positive, carefree time together with people aged 60 and over? Do you want to drive to the locations with our van full of play and exercise opportunities? Then you've come to the right place as an exercise instructor!
The "AWO AktivMobil - growing older playing together" is not only an important offer to promote the quality of life of senior citizens, but also offers you the opportunity to drive a van and be an active part of the action. From our AWO location in Kreuzberg, where you pick up the van or AWO AktivMobil, you drive to various meeting places in Berlin and bring along games and sports equipment that bring joy and movement into the everyday lives of senior citizens.
The diverse activities include arts and crafts, art, culture and music as well as sport and exercise. You organize the events flexibly and focus on the needs of the participants.
