You will find security and a zest for life in the Lichtenberg nursing home, our "Prof. Dr. Kurt Winter" senior center in Lichtenberg, when your own strength is no longer sufficient to manage your own household. The modern home is located in a lively residential area in the middle of the Lichtenberg district of Berlin and offers the possibility of care living in its building, two apartments suitable for senior citizens and a day care facility in a separate area.
The "Prof. Dr. Kurt Winter" senior center offers 120 modern nursing home places in single and couple rooms in four lovingly and individually designed living areas. Furnishing the rooms with your own, cherished furniture is expressly encouraged. Our in-house craftsmen from the Lichtenberg nursing home will be happy to help you design your own personal space.

Your Tasks
At the "Prof. Dr. Kurt Winter" Senior:innenzentrum in Josef-Orlopp-Straße, a small, friendly team awaits you in a family atmosphere. The facility has a large garden with raised beds. A lovely place to spend time outdoors.
We are looking for volunteers who would like to accompany and support senior citizens in their everyday lives. Your tasks can be varied:
Day care for senior citizens
Everyday activities and occupation
Escort services
Promoting and maintaining social contacts
Supporting participation in community life
In this way, you give the residents valuable variety and help to keep their lives active and lively.
